PETERSFIELD Town will be hoping home comforts in the coming weeks will help to propel them up the league table.

The Rams enter a crucial period of home matches this Saturday starting with the visit of Portland United in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division (kick-off 3pm).

Eight of their next 11 Premier Division matches will be at Love Lane and coaching duo Mark Summerhill and Tim Farmer will be hoping home advantage will start producing points for them.
