LISS Athletic suffered cup disappointment last Wednesday night, when they lost 3-1 at home to Bush Hill in the quarter finals of the League Cup.

Mark Barker gave the visitors the lead in the tenth minute, and Barker doubled Bush Hill’s advantage on 23 minutes when he made it 2-0.

Jake Pepall pulled a goal back for the home side in the 27th minute, but Barker completed his hat-trick on 90 minutes to seal Bush Hill’s 3-1 win.

Liss’ scheduled home match against Winchester Castle in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday was postponed.
