EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy week of fixtures.
In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday, league leaders Alresford Town are on the road and will face a tough test when they travel to the Weyline Stadium to play fellow high-fliers Portland United (3pm), while Horndean will travel to Barlows Park to face 15th-placed Tadley Calleva (3pm).
In the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday, eighth-placed Liphook United will host 13th-placed Lyndhurst at Liphook Recreation Ground (2pm), while bottom club Liss Athletic are on the road and will travel to Locks Heath Recreation Ground to face 12th-placed Locks Heath (2pm).
In Division One of the Hampshire Premier League on Saturday, bottom side AFC Petersfield are on the road and will travel to Timsbury Recreation Ground to face ninth-placed Michelmersh and Timsbury (2pm).
Clanfield will be in cup action on Saturday, when they will entertain Hedge End Town at Peel Park (1.45pm) in the third round of the Hampshire Trophy.
In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division next Tuesday night (December 10), Horndean will face a tough test when they host sixth-placed AFC Portchester at Five Heads Park (7.45pm).
