Farnham Town have held their end-of-season awards.

There was plenty to celebrate, with Farnham enjoying a hugely-successful 2023-24 campaign. Town won the Combined Counties Premier Division South title in style, winning 35 league games and drawing three to pick up 108 points out of a possible 114 and complete an unbeaten league campaign.

The awards – sponsored by Covers Builders Merchants – were held in the garden of Farnham Town’s clubhouse. The garden was packed with Farnham supporters as fans and players celebrated the season together.

Harry Cooksley had a successful evening – winning three awards. Cooksley won the players’ player of the season award, the manager’s player of the season award and the pre-assist award.

Darryl Sanders won two awards, picking up the 2023-24 playmaker award for most assists in the season and the 100 per cent record award.

The fans’ player of the season award was won by Ryan Kinnane. More than 2,000 votes were cast and the top three were separated by just 30 votes.

The golden boot award had to go to the assist tiebreaker and was won by Owen Dean for his 22 goals and 14 assists.

Jack Dean won the goal of the season award for his goal away at Spelthorne Sports and Kai Tanner won the miss of the season award for putting the ball over the bar from two yards out away at Sheerwater.

Pat Nash won the golden glove award for keeping 31 clean sheets in 54 games, Frankie Hobbs won the squadman of the year award and Max Meaton and Tom Smith won club service awards.

Henry Evans won the under-18 players’ player of the season award, Dylan Hawkins won the under-18 manager’s player of the season award and Callum Bates and Scotty Cross were the joint-winners of the under-18 golden boot.
