HORNDEAN produced a foursome performance as they swept aside league leaders Alresford Town in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday.

Jack Maloney gave the Deans the lead, and although Sam Doswell got the Magpies back on level terms, further goals from Alfie Lis, Maloney and Connor Duffin gave the Five Heads Park outfit the three points.

Horndean boss Michael Birmingham said: “We were at it and we were sharp. We played well and we deserved it.”
