WITH no first team game this weekend an autumn clean up event is being staged at Petersfield Town’s Love Lane Stadium.

A whole raft of jobs need doing to tidy the grounds and complete several projects which will improve the facilities available for spectators. Work parties are needed this Saturday and Sunday and food and drink will be provided by the club to anyone who is able to give some of their free time to help the club.

Chairman Graeme Moir said: “Now that the club is playing at a higher level it is absolutely vital to our league status that the stadium facilities are maintained and developed further to ensure we meet the FA’s ground grading criteria. We will welcome help from anyone and everyone on those two days.”
