EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy week of fixtures.

In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday, high-flying Horndean are on the road and will travel to Hurn Bridge Sports Ground to face Christchurch (3pm), while Alresford Town will host Lymington Town at Arlebury Park (3pm).

The Deans will be looking for revenge after losing 2-0 at home to Christchurch back on the opening day of the season on August 4, while the Magpies will be looking to complete the double after winning 2-0 at Lymington in the reverse league fixture on October 6.

In the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday, seventh-placed Liphook United will face a tough test when they entertain third-placed Infinity at Liphook Recreation Ground (2pm), while 12th-placed Liss Athletic are on the road and will travel to sixth-placed Fleetlands (2pm).

Liphook will be looking for revenge after crashing to a comprehensive 4-0 defeat at Infinity in the reverse league fixture on October 20, while Liss lost 3-2 at home to Fleetlands on September 29.

In the Supplementary Cup on Saturday, AFC Petersfield will host Liphook United Reserves at Love Lane (2pm).

Horndean are also in action next Tuesday night, February 26, when they will entertain Bournemouth at Five Heads Park in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division (7.45pm).

The Deans won 2-1 at Bournemouth earlier this season in the Sydenhams Wessex League Cup on October 16.
