EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy day of fixtures today (Saturday).

In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division, Horndean are on the road and will travel to The Sports Ground to face Lymington Town (3pm), while Alresford Town will host high-flying Portland United at Arlebury Park (3pm).

The Deans will be looking to complete the double after winning 4-2 at home to Lymington in the reverse league fixture on February 12, while the Magpies will be looking for revenge after losing 1-0 away at Portland on August 4.

In the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division, Liphook United will travel to Overton Recreation Centre to face Overton United (3pm), Clanfield will entertain high-flying Bush Hill at Peel Park (3pm), and Liss Athletic will face a tough trip to Marsden Road to face league leaders Paulsgrove (3pm).

Liphook lost 3-1 at home to Overton in the reverse fixture on August 27, Clanfield crashed to a 6-0 defeat at Bush Hill on August 11, and Liss lost 5-1 at home to Paulsgrove on January 19.

AFC Petersfield will host Headley United Reserves at Love Lane in Group 3 of the Supplementary Cup (3pm).
