EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy week of fixtures.
In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday, high-flying Horndean will travel to Victoria Park to face Bournemouth (3pm), while mid-table Alresford Town will entertain Christchurch at Arlebury Park (3pm).
The Deans lost 2-0 at home to Bournemouth in the reverse league fixture on February 26, while the Magpies will be looking to complete the double after winning 2-1 at Christchurch in the reverse fixture on August 25.
Petersfield Town’s reserve team are in action on Saturday, when they will to Barlows Park to face Tadley Calleva in the Wyvern Combination Football League East Division (3pm).
Alresford Town will travel to St Mary’s Stadium, the home of Southampton Football Club, to face AFC Stoneham in the Southampton Senior Cup final next Tuesday night, April 16 (7.30pm).
