LIPHOOK United were unable to finish the season in a blaze of glory as they lost 4-1 against Paulsgrove in the final of the Hampshire Intermediate Cup on Friday evening.

The match was held at AFC Portchester, and Jake Pepall, Ben Vassollo (2) and Jimmy Hird scored the goals which won Paulsgrove the cup.
