LISS Athletic are in fourth place in the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after earning two wins in a week.

Rich Bessey’s side won 3-1 at Locks Heath last Wednesday night. The visitors were 1-0 down at half time, but Sam Godfrey equalised in the 63rd minute. Tommy Woodward gave Liss the lead on 85 minutes, and Perry Easton’s goal in the 90th minute made it 3-1.

Liss then won 2-0 at Headley United on Saturday afternoon. Sean Allan broke the deadlock for the visitors on 22 minutes, and Tom Doughty made it 2-0 in the 50th minute.
