LISS Athletic are in seventh place in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after crashing to a comprehensive 4-1 defeat at QK Southampton on Saturday.

Dan Gain gave the home side the lead in the 46th minute, although George Burns equalised for Liss on 55 minutes.

Ilyas Warshow restored QK Southampton’s lead when he scored in the 69th minute, and Tom Nichols made it 3-1 to the home side on 78 minutes.

Nichols scored his second and QK Southampton’s fourth goal of the afternoon in the 89th minute.
