LISS Athletic crashed to a comprehensive 5-1 defeat at high-flying Bush Hill in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday afternoon.

Simon Ashing was on target for Liss, but goals from Mark Barker (2), Callum Drake, Perry Harding and John Macauley gave the home side a convincing win.

Liss have now picked up just one point from their past six league games, and Saturday’s defeat has left them in 12th place in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division table.
