LISS Athletic reached the next round of the Puma Engineering League Cup with an impressive 4-2 victory at Otterbourne on Saturday.
Dan Strange gave the hosts the lead in the 23rd minute, but Sam Godfrey scored the equaliser on 46 minutes.
Strange scored his second in the 58th minute to put Otterbourne 2-1 up, but Liss were level again thanks to an own goal on 75 minutes.
Dan Sharpe’s 76th-minute goal put the visitors ahead for the first time in the tie, and Matt Andrews’ 78th-minute goal sealed Liss’ place in the next round.
