LISS Athletic are through to the semi finals of the Puma Engineering League Cup after winning 4-1 at Winchester Castle in the quarter finals on Saturday.
Tommy Woodward gave Rich Bessey’s side the lead in the 20th minute, but Alex White equalised for the hosts on 39 minutes.
Ant Kirby completed the scoring for the day as he made it 4-1 on 90 minutes.
“We have been poor of late,” said Liss Athletic manager Rich Bessey.
“It was 1-1 at half time and Sam Godfrey rallied the boys, and we had a great response in the second half.”
