LISS Athletic are in ninth place in the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after slipping to a 2-1 defeat at Infinity on Saturday afternoon.

Alex Sheath gave the hosts the lead in the 50th minute, and Steve Holmes made it 2-0 to Infinity on 65 minutes.

Dan Sharp pulled a goal back for Liss in the 80th minute, but the visitors were unable to find an equaliser.
