LISS Athletic ended their six-match winless run with a 5-3 victory at home to Colden Common in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday afternoon.

Alfie Fisher broke the deadlock for the hosts in the seventh minute, but Dan Strange equalised for Colden Common on nine minutes.

Goals from Jordan Neal, Fisher and Mark Carrington put Liss 4-1 up, but Dave Paskins pulled a goal back for the visitors on 56 minutes.

Neal scored Liss’ fifth goal, while Ben White scored Colden Common’s third.

The win leaves Liss in 12th place in the league table.
