LIPHOOK United have finished in fourth place in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after a defeat and a draw in the last week.

Liphook started their week by crashing to a comprehensive 7-2 defeat against Infinity last Thursday night.

Filippos Terzidis, Gary Fitzhorswell (2), Wayne Boud, Jamie White (2) and Callum Parker scored Infinity’s goals, while Tom Bedford and Stuart Green were on target for Liphook.

Liphook then drew 2-2 at home to Bush Hill on Saturday afternoon. Dan Smith gave the visitors the lead in the sixth minute, but Ryan Angear equalised for Liphook on 25 minutes.

Cain Prentice put Bush Hill 2-1 up in the 83rd minute, but Angear scored his second of the match on 90 minutes to make it 2-2 and earn Liphook a share of the spoils.
