Petersfield Town 2 Ringwood Town 0: PETERSFIELD Town capped a perfect week by beating Ringwood Town.

Ringwood tried to take the game to their hosts early on last Saturday and in the 25th minute Lee Vint broke clear and lobbed Jacob Orr only to see the ball go wide.

Two minutes later the Rams took the lead with a superb strike from Matt Rowland and in the 44th minute they doubled their lead when Gari Judd hit a shot into the ground which bounced over keeper Joe Coombes.

Ringwood tried to mount a recovery during the second half but their cause was not helped when Jo Manley was sent off for receiving a second yellow card.
