Petersfield Town 0 Fareham Town 1: PETERSFIELD Town went out of the Hampshire Senior Cup at Love Lane last Tuesday night at the hands of Premier Division Fareham Town.
In the 13th minute Rams’ striker Gari Judd drew a fine save from keeper Karl Steinborn-Busse and Fareham’s Gary Austin’s 16th minute strike was well blocked by Petersfield keeper Tim Jackson.
In the 23rd minute Fareham took the lead when Austin took full advantage of an under-hit back pass from Richard Covey to slot the ball in.
Fareham hit the post in the 65th minute.
