Totton and Eling 2 Petersfield Town 0: PETERSFIELD Town’s busy start to the season continued last Tuesday night with a visit to in-form Totton and Eling.

Luca Cordedou went close for the home side before Totton took the lead in the 14th minute through a Jake Gould header.

In the 26th minute Will Essai’s shot was well saved by home keeper Callum Ward but in the 32nd minute the visitors failed to close down Totton’s Joe Selby, who unleashed a shot from 30 yards which flew in.

Petersfield’s Ryan Kennedy was sent off late on in the second half.
