PETERSFIELD Town manager Mark Summerhill is targeting three points against Totton and Eling on Saturday.

The Rams host a Totton side who are struggling at the bottom of the table in Division 1 of the Sydenhams Wessex League (3pm).

“We don’t want to give Totton any hope,” said Summerhill.

“Totton got a point against Amesbury and they’ll feel this game is their last chance.

“We’ve got quite a good gap over Totton now and we want to keep that.

“Another win on Saturday would take us to 38 points and we’d pretty much be safe.”
