PETERSFIELD Town’s reserve team bowed out of the John Stimpson Memorial Trophy last Wednesday night, when they went down 3-1 against Fareham Town Reserves in a highly-entertaining game.

Gari Judd was on target for the Rams.

On Thursday night the youth team entertained Aldershot Town Youth at Love Lane in the Hampshire Youth Midweek Floodlit Cup.

Petersfield performed well against quality opponents but the Shots proved too strong and deservedly progressed to the next round of the competition with a 3-1 victory.
