LISS Athletic have announced the signings of midfielders Josh Garvey and Tom Doughty.

Liss Athletic manager Rich Bessey said: “Josh is very good on the ball and is a strong lad. Tom is good on the ball and has great vision, and he will become fit with the first team and the reserves over the next few weeks.”

Bessey has also been boosted by Alex Miroy’s return to fitness ahead of Saturday’s match at home to Fleetlands.

Bessey said: “He came through training well last night and is in the squad for Saturday, which is a huge boost for us.”
