ALRESFORD Town have had a good week after earning two victories.

The Magpies started their week with a 2-1 win at Bashley in the second round of the Sydenhams League Cup last Tuesday night, thanks to goals from Geoff Dunn and Aaron Blaxall.

Alresford then won 1-0 at Newport IOW in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday, thanks to Ben White’s goal.
