Only Horndean will consider themselves favourites to win their second round tie out of all the district sides in the competition.
Petersfield Town will host National League South side Havant and Waterlooville.
This match will be a re-run of last season’s final in the same competition – which saw the Hawks run out 5-0 winners at Fratton Park.
The match is due to be played on November 24.
Hampshire Premier League side Liss Athletic have been handed a tough looking trip to Southern League Premier Division side Gosport Borough.
Hampshire Premier League outfit Clanfield were drawn at home but due to not having any floodlights they will travel to Wessex Premier Division AFC?Portchester.
Horndean will be the most confident of the East Hampshire sides of booking their place in the next round after their first team were drawn away to United Services Portsmouth Reserves.
Meanwhile, in the Hampshire Senior Cup, Alresford Town have been handed a tough draw in the next round of the competition.
The third round draw was held on Saturday afternoon and the Magpies were given a home tie against Southern League side Hartley Wintney in the third round.
The tie is due to be played on December 6.
