HAMPSHIRE FA is now recruiting for the Young Person’s Forum (YPF).

The YPF is made up of volunteers aged 24 and under whose aim is to plan, deliver and co-ordinate a series of projects and initiatives, working with key partners to ensure that playing and volunteering pathways for young people exist in grassroots football.

The forum works with grassroots football clubs and education establishments to plan and deliver these projects across the season while offering the members a chance to develop essential and transferable employability skills.

The YPF is in its third year and has delivered projects in partnership with Fleet Town Girls and Ladies, Peter Symonds College and The FA supporting the development of female football. The forum is fully supported by Hampshire FA to develop their own projects in aid of sustaining, growing and developing the grassroots game, providing young people with the opportunity to flourish.

Volunteers interested in applying should contact children and young people’s football development officer Daniel Greenwood on e-mail: [email protected] before the deadline at 5pm on September 23.
