LIPHOOK United are the new leaders of the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after winning 2-1 at home to Colden Common on Saturday afternoon.

The home side got off to a dream start and took the lead in the second minute when Steve Harding scored his penalty.

Colden Common were then awarded a penalty of their own though, which Dave Warnes scored on 16 minutes to put the visitors back on level terms.

Liphook’s winner arrived in the 80th minute, when Ryan Angear scored to give the home side the three points.
