PETERSFIELD Golf Club’s senior section have been keeping themselves busy.
On Thursday, October 15, 45 seniors played in the Split Sixes, which was a stableford competition from the yellow tees.
It was a team event of three, with one score to count on the first six holes, two scores to count on the next six holes, and all three scores to count on the final six holes.
The results of the Split Sixes were as follows: Mark Vallely, David Budd and Phil Coverdale were first with 82 points, Alan Patrick, Paul Nickell and Peter Eberle were second on countback with 77 points, and Ian Wesley, Jim Upton and Ian Tyers were third on countback with 77 points.
