PETERSFIELD Golf Club’s senior section have been keeping themselves busy.

On Thursday, December 3, 39 seniors played in the December Medal, which was a pairs strokeplay competition from the blue tees. Matt Chart was first on countback with a net score of 69, Derek Harrison was second on countback with a net score of 69, and Allan Geeves was third on countback with a net score of 71.

The next competition is on Thursday, December 10, and it will be a stableford competition from the blue tees. The competition will start at 8am. It is the second of six participating rounds for the John Henham-Barrow Shield, where the best four rounds count.
