THE 344th running of Queen Elizabeth Country Park Parkrun on Saturday saw 86 people run, jog and walk the course.
Thirty-three were first timers, five recorded new personal bests and representatives of 25 running clubs took part.
The first runner home was Southampton Athletic Club runner Gareth Klepacz, who crossed the line in a time of 18min 59secs.
The first female runner was Louise Burgess, who finished in 18th place overall in a new personal best time of 25min 37secs.
The first junior runner home was Marcus Taylor, a local runner who finished in ninth place overall in a time of 23min 58secs.
The event was made possible by 11 volunteers who helped out on the day. They were Ivor McQuaid, Dwayne Bartram, Amelie Lewis, Jamie Lewis, John Malthouse, Neil Store, Paul Wainwright, John Roberts, Tracey Riches, Ian Kitchen and Ben Riches.
