THIS weekend, 2,000 people will be wading chest high through the Bog of Doom at Longmoor Camp, Hampshire, with Brooks HellRunner Hell Down South.

Taking place on Saturday, Brooks HellRunner Hell Down South will be the finale in a three-strong series across the UK. Now in its 12th year, the number of people prepared to take part for charity fundraising and an unsparing personal challenge continues to impress.

Among those tackling the challenge will be 50-year-old Antony Gray from Caterham, raising money for the Team Milo Fund in honour of his six-year-old son Milo who very suddenly passed away of a rare giant inter-cranial aneurysm. Along the way Antony will tackle The Hills of Hell, be greeted by angels at the Heaven from Hell zone and be blasted by music and pyrotechnics as he endures the Bog of Doom.
