PETERSFIELD Hockey Club’s senior sides had mixed fortunes at the weekend.

The men’s second team lost 4-1 away at Winchester’s sixth team. The defeat leaves Petersfield in third place in the Hampshire Division 8 table, with 19 points from ten matches.

The ladies’ first team drew 2-2 on the road at Havant Ladies 3A. The point leaves Petersfield in second place in the Hampshire Division 3 table, with 28 points from 14 matches.

The ladies’ second team picked up three points with a convincing 4-0 win at home to Yateley Ladies’ third team. The win leaves Petersfield in fifth place in the Hampshire Division 4 table, with 27 points from 14 matches.

The ladies’ third team also earned three points, after winning 5-4 away at Haslemere Ladies’ fourth team. The win leaves Petersfield in fourth place in the Hampshire Division 6 table, with 22 points from 13 matches.
