Churcher’s College 27 Seaford College 26: CHURCHER’S College netball team are on a roll.

This week they excelled themselves in a highly competitive match, beating previously undefeated Seaford College. In front of a big home crowd the girls were involved in a very exciting but tense match. One behind after the first quarter (8-7), Churcher’s fought hard to go into half time two goals up (17-15).

Seaford responded by reorganising their defence to try and stop the Churcher’s shooters. The visitors regained the lead by two goals after the third quarter (23-21). Churcher’s dug deep and regrouped. Keeping their cool and shape on the court, they turned the game around to win 27-26.
