AFTER a long Christmas break Petersfield Hockey Club’s ladies’ teams took to the pitch on Saturday.
The ladies were keen to get ready for the start of the second half of the season, which starts next Saturday (January 14) for the ladies’ teams.
The ladies played an intra-club match, which involved the teams playing three 20-minute games.
The games between the two sides were intense and each team scored several goals.
All of the participating players thoroughly enjoyed themselves and agreed it had been a good way to get refocused after the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Petersfield Hockey Club have three ladies’ teams and new players are always welcome.
Training takes place on Tuesday evenings at Bedales School from 8-9.30pm.
