IN PETERSFIELD under-13 Polecats’ first double header of the season they benefited from an early own goal from the opposing team.
However, this only made Manor Colts more determined, and they scored three goals to go 3-1 up.
After a few close chances the Polecats left the pitch for half time with their heads held high despite being 3-1 down.
In the second half the Polecats were ready to play and they soon equalised after scoring two long range goals.

Morgan Emerson then managed to tuck in a late finish to give the Polecats a 4-3 win.
The Polecats started the second game positively, but found themselves 1-0 down against Manor Colts.
They managed to grab two goals before the half time whistle though, to lead 2-1.
The Polecats scored three goals in the second half to win 5-2 and finish the day with two victories.
