PETERSFIELD Town Juniors under-ten Boca Juniors finished off another fine season on Saturday when they played in their third cup final out of four competitions.

The Boca Juniors faced Aldershot Boys and Girls Tigers White in the Division 5 cup final at Frimley Lodge.

A thrilling and tense match between the two sides finished 1-1.

After ten minutes of nail-biting extra time, the match – and destination for the cup – was eventually settled in favour of Aldershot through a penalty shoot-out.

Despite the cup final defeat, Petersfield have enjoyed an impressive season, losing just six out of their 24 games.

The Boca Juniors also reached two cup finals last season, winning one.

Petersfield’s good run is down to the expert management of team coach Richard Lawrence, who has delighted the team by committing his future to the club.
