PETERSFIELD Hockey Club’s under-eights took part in the tournament in Fareham on Sunday morning.
After a dominant first game, S Roland and Wigginton worked hard to deny Chichester. The later matches saw Petersfield play in a better formation. Newcomers Grantham and C Rowland provided strong support to Stratton-Brown and Hulme, who blasted in two goals against Fareham. Pattison then lost a shoe on the way to scoring the only goal of the game against Portsmouth.
