PETERSFIELD Rugby Club’s first team will finish their year with a home match against bottom side Farnborough on Saturday (3pm).

Petersfield beat Farnborough by 50 points at the start of the season, winning 57-7 in September.

Farnborough did pick up their first points of the season on Saturday, though, drawing 24-24 against Eastleigh’s second team and picking up a try bonus point in the process.

Field have the most frugal defence in the league and continue to chase league leaders Alton, who lost their first match of the season at Bognor.
