Petersfield coach has big squad to pick from for cup final

PETERSFIELD Rugby Club head coach James Alder has a big squad to choose from ahead of Sunday’s Hampshire Plate final against Farnborough at Penns Place (3pm).

Field are allowed to pick a 23-player squad for Sunday’s final, with eight substitutes as well as the starting 15.

Alder said: “I’ve got a big squad available for the Hampshire Plate final.

“We will focus on imposing our own game on Farnborough and making sure we produce a good performance.”

The people of Petersfield are invited to come down to the clubhouse at Penns Place on Sunday and cheer the town’s rugby side on.
