FLOODLIT rugby returns to Penns Place next Tuesday, December 11, when Petersfield will take on the Royal Navy President’s XV in the now annual charity match, kicking off at 7.45pm.
The Petersfield School brass band will be at Penns Place playing an ensemble of music from 7pm, including the national anthem prior to the match.
The game is being played to raise money for charity, with this year’s proceeds being split between the Royal Navy and Royal Marine Charity and Mayor Hilary Ayer’s chosen charity – Home-Start Butser.
A charity supper will take place before the match, and seats are still available.
Everyone is welcome to attend what promises to be a fun evening of rugby helping some good causes.
