PETERSFIELD-BASED South Downs Taekwondo enjoyed lots of success at the British Taekwondo Council National Championships in Worcester.

Colin Sayer won a gold black belt in the heavyweight veterans’ sparring, Ben Gander won a gold blue belt in the heavyweight sparring and a gold blue/red belt in the tag team sparring, Freya Gander won a silver in the blue/red belt tag team sparring, Lilly Barnes won a silver in the green belt patterns, a gold green belt in the middleweight sparring, and a gold yellow/green belt in the tag team sparring, and Ellie Jenyes won a gold green belt in the heavyweight sparring.

South Downs Taekwondo’s Petersfield club hold training sessions for many different classes at The Petersfield School. The club also have clubs in Midhurst and Alton.
