RAPIDLY growing online global review company in Petersfield has celebrated its seventh birthday by announcing plans to grow and also expand its work on artificial intelligence (AI).

Set up in 2010, Feefo of Heath Farm, now employs 100 staff, most living in or near to Petersfield.

Among its 3,000 clients it includes Expedia, The White Company, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts and Notonthehighstreet.com.

It provides clients with verified reviews and customer analytics, and is on course for further growth and expansion, says joint founder and chief executive Andrew Mabbutt.

He said: “Feefo strives to protect the integrity of online commerce and our eighth year will be no exception as we will unveil more exciting developments.”

Feefo recently opened offices in the US and Australia, having achieved rapid organic growth without relying on any external investment or venture capital.

Committed to innovation and customer-service, the past year has seen a big push into new sectors such as property and finance.

Andrew added: “We have further developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning planned for 2017.”

Company research into AI sees Feefo planning to unveil verbal analysis systems that can detect customer’s mood by their voice tone.

The company came to Petersfield by chance, one of the founding team lived here and wasn’t keen to work elsewhere. Andrew visited the area, liked what he saw, and the rest is history, he said.

Feefo was launched in a small renovated farm outbuilding off Heath?Road East, and now fills the two story converted building.
