LIVELY?relief prints and ceramic tiles by Bedales pupils are being displayed at Petersfield Museum in a exhibition inspired by the high street.
Petersfield Architecture:?Shopfronts and Houses opened yesterday (Tuesday) and will run for two weeks.
The year 7 students have been looking at the vernacular architecture of the town, with Flora Twort’s drawings and watercolours of daily life here during the last century a starting point.
They also investigated the work of another South Downs resident, renowned artist Eric Ravillious and particularly his distinctive prints for the book The High Street.
The gallery is open 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
