LISS Triangle Centre’s beer and music festival on Saturday was a big success, say organisers.

The event ran from 2-11pm, and featured live music.

Liss Triangle Centre manager Karen Feeney said: “It was a fantastic event and we had over 200 people here.

“There was a lovely atmosphere and lots of people sat outside and enjoyed the weather. We also saw lots of new faces and were able to talk to people about what we do at the Triangle and what we need going forward. We need volunteers, and we rely on grants and donations.

“The beers were well received and we had live music from Sam Faulkner in the afternoon and Bloody Mary in the evening. I would like to thank all the volunteers for all of their help, and thank everyone who attended.”
