EAST Hampshire District Council says it will continue to pursue those abusing the Blue Badge disabled drivers scheme after an action day in Petersfield and Alton led to four badges being retained because three were being used improperly, and one was counterfeit. Since January the council has filed 99 reports of suspected Blue Badge misuse to Hampshire County Council, who oversees the scheme.
