A MOGGIE called Murphy has been named Archway Veterinary Practice’s Braveheart Winner for 2015.
Murphy visited the practice last November and tests revealed he had a bone tumour. The decision was taken to amputate his leg to make him more comfortable and so he could recover. Archway said he has adapted to getting around on three legs very well.
“Murphy was very brave throughout this ordeal and was a real trooper as this would have been extremely painful if his owners hadn’t been so vigilant,” said a spokesman.
