COMEDY legend Terry Alderton, who many will recognise as Terry Spraggen, Bianca’s boyfriend on EastEnders, is headlining next Monday’s Petersfield Comedy Club show.
His Edinburgh Fringe show last year ‘All Crazy Now’ won the highly coveted Malcolm Hardee Award and a five-star review from the toughest reviewer for the Fringe, Kate Copstick.
Audiences at the Folly Bar Upstairs in College Street will be able to judge his efforts this year in the latest pre-Fringe show at the club.
Club organiser Chaz Collett said: “The show promises to be a thrilling insight into the mind of a comic genius set to some unforgettable and life-affirming music.
“Terry blends reality and fantasy seamlessly, and plays every band and choir member himself. There will be songs, jokes and impressions as Terry relives some career highs and lows.
“Those who make it along will remember the night for years to come.”
Support is Garrett Millerick, previewing his show ‘Sunflower’ which has nothing to do with flowers, gardening, or anything else relating to the title.
Tickets are £6 in advance from the Folly Bar (downstairs) and £7 on the door. Show starts at 8.30pm on Monday (July 2).
