This catchy tag-line from the successful 1990s campaign fronted by comedian Paul Whitehouse, to get us to drink more of the white stuff, says it all.
And no-one would disagree that milk is an absolute essential. So it has come as a shock that something we take for granted everyday is in jeopardy.
Hit by a price cut for their milk, due to a combination of a global milk glut, Russian sanctions, cheap supermarket deals and other factors, dairy farmers are struggling to survive.
And the few left in East Hampshire are asking consumers to get behind them as milk is now cheaper, at around 22p a pint, than bottled water....
