A PLANNING application for a detached double garage with rooms in the roofspace at Lanterns, Hill Brow Road, Liss, has been approvedby East Hampshire District council planners based in the Penns Place offices in Petersfield. It was approved because it would be in scale and character with the building, and it would not detract from the character and appearance of the area.
